Dr. Atkins with his high-protein meat diet is back in the news even though he died about two years ago overweight. They say he died from fluids that accumulated in his body in the hospital where he was due to a fall in New York. He weighed 260 lbs. when he died but he was reported overweight for years. Protein is known to dehydrate the body while it robs the skeleton of size and strength if consumed in excess said to be more than 6 ounces per day all combined. Those who eat the king's meat will I predict never live to see their Social Security checks in most cases. I believe the Atkins Diet will possibly induce organ failure and that it may give an artificial temporary but dangerous weight-loss due to cell dehydration. It is my opinion that body cell hydration and oxygenation is the most vitally important of all health issues. Fish live on water for oxygen and certainly we never want to be dehydrated. Health I believe begins with a pure water system but we have in this country a mandated poisoned water system with industrial chemicals the uniform and almost the universal order lining the pockets of the powers with blood money.
